I managed the execution of a campaign of oil well operations, creating projected savings of $2,400,000 over 4 years.

I used historical analysis to identify an area of improvement. We noticed one type of our components was vastly more reliable than the other type. Therefore, my team and I planned to convert some of the unreliable components to the more reliable components.
My team and I planned to complete these conversions by installing 3 parts:

• Pack-Off System
• Feedthrough Arm
• RMS Connector
I travelled to site to oversee the first conversion! I arranged with vendors for the necessary supplies and services, and wrote the execution program for the site team.

Here is the final picture of the oil wellhead. Notice the large L-shaped feedthrough arm.
